With over 50 years of litigation experience, R K Bindal is a recognised authority in civil law, criminal law, and matrimonial cases. His practice encompasses the full lifecycle of litigation — strategising, drafting, trial, cross-examination, witness preparation, and arguments — with a long-standing reputation for sharp and effective pleadings.

He completed his LL.B. from Delhi University in 1976.

Anurag Bindal holds a degree in English Literature (Hons.) from Hans Raj College (2010) and a law degree from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University (2013). A Pearson Law Scholar with an All India Rank 3 in LSAT India, he served as Law Researcher at the Delhi High Court under Justice Sanjiv Khanna (now Chief Justice of India).

He has represented the DLSA, NHAI, and DDA across various courts. He has adjudged the India rounds of the NR Madhav Menon national moot court competition since 2016, served as Assistant Editor of the Jindal Global Law Review, and contributed to statistical research for Counsel to Secure Justice (CSJ), Delhi.

Anil Kumar Singh has been in active litigation practice since completing his law degree in 2010. He is an expert in navigating court procedures across forums and is known for his sharp legal acumen and strong client-facing skills.

He has represented the DLSA (Central) as Panel Advocate and has been a practising member of the Delhi courts since 2010.

Rhishabh Jetley completed his graduation from St. Stephen's College (2010) and his law degree from Campus Law Centre, Delhi University (2013). He is an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India — a designation held by a select group of advocates qualified to file and appear in matters before the Supreme Court.

He has represented the DLSA as Panel Counsel at the New Delhi District. His practice focuses on strategising the course of action, drafting, and presenting effective arguments across service law, civil law, and constitutional law.

Mohd Uwaiz is a Delhi-based advocate who completed his law degree in 2024 from Ch. Charan Singh University (CCSU), Meerut. Dynamic, sharp-skilled, and thorough in his approach, he gained substantive exposure to criminal and civil trial practice through internships in the Delhi District Courts.

He has independently handled cases from initiation through to conclusion, securing effective relief for clients. He brings strong research skills and a diligent working approach to the Chambers.

Vaibhav Gupta holds an LL.M. and LL.B. from VIPS, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU). He has a deep understanding of law and specialises in case diagnosis and charting effective courses of action for clients. He is known for his flair for arguments and par-excellence legal research skills across major legal databases.

He served as Law Researcher (Law Clerk) under Justice Mukta Gupta at the Delhi High Court. His areas of expertise include criminal law, administrative law, and civil litigation.

Anubhav Gupta is an associate at Bindals Law Chambers, contributing to case research, drafting, and litigation support across the Chambers' matters.

Ajay Sharma has been a fixture of the Delhi court system for decades. His deep familiarity with court registries, cause lists, filing procedures, and the informal networks that keep litigation moving gives the Chambers an operational edge that cannot be taught in a classroom.
